Situated in the heart of Tuscany, near to the thermal springs and spa of San Casciano dei Bagni and close to the beautiful towns of Montepulciano, Pienza and Cetona as well as Siena and Florence, our beautiful Tuscan holiday villa provides a private and peaceful sanctuary.

Approached through an avenue of Cypress trees, the villa stands upon a hill, giving you breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside, including the Tower of Radicofani and Mount Amiata.

Relax in our travertine swimming pool while watching the sunset or let the serene lake with its population of resident ducks soothe you. Playing some tennis on our grass court, having a sauna or a game of pool or table tennis on our outdoor table will entertain you during your holiday at the perfect Tuscan villa.

The villa is air-conditioned but the natural temperature of the villa generally makes this unnecessary.

The villa has its own chapel which is charming in its simplicity and an ideal place for you to hold a wedding or christening.

We have painstakingly restored our villa making it a gorgeous holiday destination, using original Tuscan materials and the finest modern furnishings. The décor is classic, simple, elegant and uncluttered. The beds (including three four-posters) are handmade in wrought iron, with crisp white bed linen, while the sofas are modern and comfortable. The rooms are light, with each of the windows opening on to a beautiful view. All bedrooms apart from one are en suite, and there is a bedroom on the ground floor with wheelchair access.

The holiday villa is equipped with the latest technology including Sky and broadband internet. Our 12 person meeting room / study area has two flat screen computers and a wall mounted presentation screen.

The Tuscan holiday villa accommodates 17 people There are three open fireplaces, and three large separate living rooms, each with a flat screen television. The top floor, which sleeps seven, could be used as a separate children’s zone.

The kitchen is sleek, modern and well equipped. The doors throughout the ground floor open on to the garden, with a place to eat in the area near the kitchen beneath the pergola.

The swimming pool can be heated, and there is garden lighting for the evening.
